 Gymnastics For Adults:  

The adult gymnastics classes are listed below.  They are designed for the adults but some older teens may find this class better for them than our traditional classes.  The classes are designed for adults with specific goals in mind and self motivated.  Coach Margaryta will provide lots of motivation during class put tailored to your stated goals when joining.  Please keep in mind safety guidelines will be followed so if you have been away from gymnastics for a while it may take weeks to prepare your body before attempting skills you may have perfected in your youth.  Watch the video lined below and see what is possible with determination.

Monday: 7:30 – 8:30  Adult Gymnastics & Tumbling training sessions for Adults and Teens (16+y/o).

Thursday: 8:00 – 9:00  Adult Gymnastics & Tumbling training sessions for Adults and Teens (16+y/o)  call or text first this class is not always held

Cost: $25.00 per 1 hour training session.

 Gymnastics for Teens

Tuesday: 5:45 – 7:15 Beginner and Intermediate Level, 9+years old (A regular class) may also be suited for your training desires.
Thursday: 5:45 – 7:45 Intermediate and Advance Level for  9+ years old (A regular class) may also be suited for your training desires.

 

 

Adult Gymnastics

Gymnastics and Tumbling private lessons are also offered.  Our Structured adult gymnastics can also be attended by older teens; while we consider it structured it is mostly self paced and will focus on your desires for skills.  Many adults who enjoyed gymnastics in their youth and want to get some specific skill back or want to enjoy the feeling of pushing your body and mind to find your strength and balance all over again will enjoy our classes.  Watch my video here.

We welcome you to become a member of our Pink Pearl Gymnastics family.  It will be very beneficial for your young adult and yourself to start the great sport of Gymnastics.  This program targets building up the whole body strength by doing cardio exercises and gymnastics conditioning, and gymnastics skills.

Adult Gymnastics Skills:

Tumbling: We will teach the Tumbling skills starting with basic skills like Forward – Backward Rolls, Handstands, Bridges and move forward progressing in skills level: Front and Back Walkovers, Handsprings, Round Off, Back Handspring and so on.

Uneven Bars: The Adult gymnasts will learn beginner, intermediate and advanced Bars skills practicing swinging, pull ups, pull up-pull overs, front and back hip circles.

Balance Beam: The Adult Pink Pearls improve their balance by doing fun and challenging tasks on the high Balance Beam: walks, kicks, jumps, acrobatic skills.

Gymnastics and Tumbling: This class will include Adult Gymnastics Training with the main focus on Tumbling skills. It will be perfect fit for the athletes taking cheerleading program but would like to improve and perfect their tumbling skills

Conditioning & Flexibility: To help your athlete to gain strength through power gymnastics conditioning targeting the whole body, improving flexibility by using gymnastics and yoga techniques.
